Position Overview:

As a Financial Coach at Ark Financial Academy, you will walk alongside first-generation entrepreneurs and business owners on their journey to financial peace. Utilizing our structured financial coaching programs, you will provide personalized guidance and education. Your role involves understanding each client's unique financial situation, meeting them where they are, and empowering them with practical strategies to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master Ark Financial Academy Curriculum: Utilize our educational content and resources, designed specifically for entrepreneurs, to effectively coach clients toward financial stability and growth.
  • Client Coaching Sessions: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and group workshops to provide support and accountability.
  • Personalized Financial Plans: Develop and deliver customized financial roadmaps, including budgeting, debt reduction, savings, and investment strategies.
  • Ongoing Education: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices by attending relevant workshops and conferences.
  • Client Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client progress and provide consistent follow-up to ensure accountability.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Assist clients with financial analysis, tax planning, and wealth-building strategies.

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: Starting compensation ranges from $70,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.

A Day in the Life of a Family Office Coach

9:00 AM – Start the Day with Intentionality

  • Begin the day with a moment of reflection to set a positive tone.
  • Check emails and voicemails for any urgent client matters or updates from the Academy.
  • Review the day's schedule and prioritize tasks, ensuring a balanced approach to client sessions, content development, and team collaboration.

10:00 AM – Client Sessions

  • Conduct a one-on-one session with a client, walking beside them as they navigate their Family Office Operating System.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support, focusing on their unique goals and needs.
  • Offer strategic advice and foster open communication to help clients achieve Protection, Peace, and Purpose.

12:30 PM – Lunch Break

  • Take a break to recharge, enjoying a healthy meal provided by Ark and a brief walk outside.

1:30 PM – Client Sessions

  • Conduct a one-on-one session with a client, walking beside them as they navigate their Family Office Operating System.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support, focusing on their unique goals and needs.
  • Offer strategic advice and foster open communication to help clients achieve Protection, Peace, and Purpose.

4:30 PM – Content Mastery and Development

  • Review Academy content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful in your engagement.
  • Participate in a brainstorming session with fellow coaches to create new resources and tools that will benefit clients.

5:30 PM – Wrap-Up and Reflection

  • Review the day's accomplishments and prepare a to-do list for the following day.
  • Send out any necessary end-of-day emails or updates to clients and team members.
  • Reflect on the day, noting any areas for improvement and celebrating successes.

6:00 PM – End of Day

  • Leave the office with a sense of fulfillment, knowing you've made a positive impact on your clients' lives.
  • Look forward to another day of guiding and empowering clients on their journey to financial well-being.
