Job Details
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems
  • Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electro Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems, including Allen Bradly and Rockwell PLC
  • Experience with SLC 500 and VFD systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed
