What You Bring and What You’ll Do

  • Provide an engaging and energetic experience to our guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment.
  • Support opening and closing restaurants and be accountable for running a great shift.
  • Teach, mentor, and validate that the team members perform their positions according to company best practices.
  • Communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding any operational or staffing issues that may arise.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Follow Plant Power operating policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverages, cash handling, and restaurant safety and security.
  • Engage with and understand our guests, discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
  • Embrace our Mission and Core Values.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships

What You’ll Need?

San Diego County Food Handlers permit, a great attitude, and willingness to provide our guests with great food and a great experience.

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 10am-10pm; Weekdays any availability within 10am-10pm.
