Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry in Medford, OR

**Job Description:**
- Will float between units within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.
- On-call is required and may be placed on call as needed.
- Weekends required, minimum of every other weekend.
- Block schedules are not required.
- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:4 or 1:5.
- Orientation comprises 40 non-billable hours.
- Providers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- If required, the client will provide communication devices needed to perform duties at no cost to the provider.
- Modules are completed pre-start and annually, spending an average of 16 hours on them; time spent on modules is self-reported.
