Role Summary:
Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? As a key member of the Field Services Leadership Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

We are seeking a strong leader with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and a background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Team Lead in the Northern California area. This position directly manages a growing team of Field Service Representatives across Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, East Bay and greater Sacramento, with anticipated growth into Nevada, Utah and Colorado, and is responsible for driving compliance and profitability of the Field Services portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Responsible for effectively managing the activities of direct reports and ensuring the organization's metrics continue to improve through individual development.
  • Provides training to new FSRs on company policies, processes, and procedures, business channels, and proper functional brace measuring and fitting.
  • Studies, analyzes, and reports on trends, and recommends opportunities to drive functional performance to deliver continuous improvement to financial, quality, and compliant outcomes.
  • Supports, manages, and improves profitability of existing accounts.
  • Serves as the primary source of account coverage for qualifying absences, leaves and vacations under the Field Services FSR Coverage Policy.
  • Works in collaboration with FSRs and local Sales Representatives to identify opportunities to introduce new profitable company products to account(s) in a compliant/legal manner as well as creating project plans and managing new account launches.
  • Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • A passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients, along with a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in orthopedic industry required.
  • Previous experience effectively managing people strongly preferred.
  • Experience effectively leading remote teams and/or teams spanning multiple locations strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • May be required to fit patients in-home, and therefore candidates should be aware of and comfortable with this requirement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials, such as active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related.

Work Environment | Physical Demands:

  • Travel Requirements: Requires travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays may be required.
  • Considerable time spent traveling in car as dictated by territory. May require air travel.
  • This job involves potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
  • Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
