Who You Are

As a Sr. Product Manager , you will define, deliver, and steward end-to-end (e.g., across multiple products/platforms) industry-leading digital capabilities and experiences that enable clients and employees in support of key strategic business initiatives for Wealth Management. You are caught up on industry trends and also anticipate what the near future will bring. You love clean interfaces and have a real passion for extraordinary user experience . Furthermore, you bring:

  1. Significant Product Management/Ownership experience, e.g., translating business cases into storyboards; managing the design, build, and release of process and technology capabilities.
  2. Strong ability to develop hypotheses and make quick decisions in a fail-fast supportive environment that fosters and encourages a continuous improvement mindset and execution.
  3. A high passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users.
  4. Experience acting as a constructive conduit between business and engineering teams.
  5. Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth segments.
  6. Deep knowledge of Agile principles, practices/techniques (e.g., Story mapping, Value scoring) and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments.

What You’ll Do

As a partner on the Digital Services team, you will be an integral part of one of our nimble and agile cross-functional teams innovating an entire industry . This Senior Product Manager role also has a unique coaching component, as you will mentor and coach peer product managers in best practices with product management. You will work closely with various business groups to define product strategies within Asset Servicing on an ongoing basis as well as outline the strategic roadmap. The Senior Product Manager is a collaborative individual who leads with a service mindset, takes ownership and:

  1. Drive the product lifecycle (idea to release), delivering end-to-end digital experiences that meet defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) within time-boxed MVP expectations.
  2. Work closely with designers, researchers, developers, platform members, scrum masters, agile coaches, and other teams within and outside of Wealth Management.
  3. Determine opportunities to address current state needs and build future state in increments, incorporating various dependencies.
  4. Prioritize the backlog items (Features, stories) that align to the strategic product roadmap.
  5. Deliver outstanding end-user experiences that delight our users.
  6. Monitor a healthy balance between commitments, pace, and quality of work for the team.
