Job Description:
W.F. Industries is seeking a transportation dispatcher with at least 2 years of experience to book loads for drivers and have them out timely, and delivery in appropriate time. Keep up with back-office information. Make sure all drivers are up to date with insurance and overall, keep the company running smoothy.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with brokers and shippers to find loads for the drivers.
Communicating all load information to drivers
Obtaining legible proof of delivery from drivers to ensure that all loads are delivered on time and safely.
Locating, negotiating and booking loads
Completing Carrier packets
Safety and Compliance for drivers
Qualifications:
1 -2+ Year s previous dispatching experience preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required .
