One of our Fortune 100 clients is looking for a Technical Product Manager .


Title: Technical Product Manager


Hourly: $70 per hour (W2)


Duration: 6 months


Location: Plano, TX (Fri-Remote)


Must-to-Have Technical Skills:

  • Data Analytics
  • Strong Understanding of various data management and reporting tools (Tableau or similar tools) with the ability to build/modify and create data management tools with big data sets
  • System Architect and Software Development
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required

Must-to-Have Functional Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Role And Responsibilities:

  • The individual needs to ramp up quickly to understand where every service's critical data resides and how the different systems interact with each other.
  • The individual will be responsible for creating synergies and consistency of reporting among different services and managing, analyzing, and performing the data reporting function, ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

Summary:

  • The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share, and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
