About the role:
The Sales Enablement Manager will be pivotal in the effective execution of the overall Enablement program here at Cresta. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to organize and execute training and certification programs that ensure Cresta’s GTM team has everything they need to serve our customers effectively. The primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of enablement programming, from ideation to delivery to measurement and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales training materials, including presentations and reference documents.
- Lead the organization and execution of sales training programming.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and stakeholder awareness.
- Manage logistical aspects of sales enablement tools and platforms, such as content & learning management.
Qualifications We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales, CS, or Enablement role at a high growth technology company.
- Excellent organizational skills and a deep-seated desire to bring structure and organization to the chaos of a fast moving start-up.
- Experience managing complex and challenging projects and ensuring they are delivered effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach and a genuine curiosity for how AI can solve key challenges within the contact center.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
