Accounting Manager

• Oversee all aspects of A/R, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage financial operations, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and bank reporting to ensure financial health and compliance.
• Perform general ledger accounting functions, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing processes.
• Support purchasing processes and ensure proper accounting treatment for procurement activities.
• Effectively manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Prepare and share financial reports with leadership, presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, variances, and areas for process improvement.
• Implement and optimize accounting processes, leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency.
• Address and resolve accounting issues proactively, applying strategic thinking to develop long-term solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience in A/R, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Strong financial management experience, including P&L, balance sheets, and bank reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Analytical mindset with experience in process implementation and optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
