Ensure that all necessary documentation and information are included.Recruit and develop network for a region and set of providers, ranging in size from 101-250 providers; ability to independently contract/negotiate with Health Systems with minimal oversight; Value Based Contracting.Lead assigned recruitments (i.e., physician, hospital and ancillary) and ensure they result in complete and accurate standard contracts that meet objectivesFacilitate and oversee to the provider set-up and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims adjudicationInitiate contact and identify potential providers by geographic and specialty needs and update databaseCoordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract complianceEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or provider experience in a hospital or physician’s office/group setting. Working knowledge of State and/or Federal health care programs preferred (Medicaid, Medicare).We are ideally looking for candidates with experience in Health system, hospital, ancillary and professional services contracting including behavioral health.Candidates must reside in the state of North Carolina to be considered for this role.Pay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
