Job Summary
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients and caregivers to determine their needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their care plans, ensuring each client gets high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about home care practices. An important part of your job will be recruiting caregivers.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and caregivers
Manage scheduling for clients and caregivers.
Supervise caregivers' training (provided by company)
Recruit and train staff
Create schedules
Qualifications
Previous experience as a case manager or scheduler is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately
Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
