Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a casino client's Payroll Manager based in Sparks, NV.
Duties include: processing full cycle weekly payroll for 10 different small companies on 2 payroll cycles with hourly and salaried employees and approximately 650 employees total. The client company uses Paylocity. This is a hands-on "process management" role with no direct reports.
The company is in the hospitality industry and known for a great culture and long-term, tenured employees. This is a full time role, on-site and is not hybrid nor remote.
Requirements:
5+ years of full cycle payroll management experience is required.
Experience with payroll of 500+ employees desired.
Experience with Paylocity a plus.
