Management - Internal (Human Resources&Recruitment) This large, well-established, global organisation has an excellent market reputation and a focus on providing outstanding services delivered by a dedicated and committed workforce. The Victorian region has close to 20 sites and over 5000 staff, with each Business Partner playing an active role in HR advisory, ER/IR, and Change Management initiatives. This is truly an exciting period, to be supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
Located in Melbourne you will be joining a new generation of recently appointed HR Leadership, this role will see you managing a team of 5-6 Business Partners. You will be working closely with one of the CEO’s and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to promote, support and drive the organisation’s HR strategic plans, objectives, and change agendas.
Your oversight of Business Partnering activities will include: Delivering timely, effective, high-level support and expertise to managers in all facets of HR management, industrial relations, and employee relations. Contributing to the development and implementation of an agreed workforce plan including recruitment and retention strategies.Rolling out people plans across the different business units. Developing succession plans and promoting career pathways within the organisation. Negotiating Enterprise Agreements in the state in conjunction with Director of ER. A confidence around all facets of Business Partnering, either as a proven Senior HR Business Partner or Leader of Business Partners will position you well to guide HR activities across . Your background gained from multi-site environments will be well regarded, along with ER/IR capabilities that extend to negotiating EBA’s. You are collaborative and possess outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the passion to shape processes and share contemporary HR practices.
