Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL or locations in Dade, Broward
Work Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-24 month conversion)
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holders only

Job Overview:
Join a team dedicated to transforming customer care transactions and workflows as they move from mainframes to AWS and integrate Salesforce as the CRM for managing customer relationships. The project also incorporates Amazon Connect for call center management, uniting telephony, mobile, and web channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage Salesforce in its “out of the box” configuration—no customizations required.
2. Perform refactoring and consolidation work across 10 Salesforce instances.
3. Integrate Mulesoft into the Salesforce ecosystem to streamline operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Salesforce Architecture : Minimum 1 year of experience as an architect.
2. Agent Desktop : Hands-on experience.
3. Sales Cloud : Proficiency with Sales Cloud.
4. Salesforce CTA Certification : Preferred but not mandatory.
5. AWS Contact Center or AWS Connect experience is a significant plus.
