Responsibilities: • Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations • Control the grill and cook the food in accordance with the directions on the meal order slips or in verbal instructions • Guarantee that quality food is supplied by following specified storage and waste control requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products • Finish each shift by sweeping the floor, mopping, cleaning countertops, and wiping down any other surfaces that were used • Wash, cut, dice, chop, and slice food items to stock prep stations Qualifications: • Must have excellent time-management skills and be able to prioritize and multitask • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage regulations • We prefer some experience working in the fast food or quick service restaurant industry • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail Compensation: starting $13 hourly
