**Job Title:** CT/Xray Technician
**Job Specialty:** Radiology
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Varied days, weekends, weekdays, nights; typically 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years; must be able to work independently
**License:** Certification by appropriate bodies
**Certifications:** ARRT, RT, CT
**Must-Have:** Experience in CT and Xray, OR with C-Arm (occasionally)
**Job Description:**
- Work independently in both CT and Xray departments.
- Provide care for a diverse patient population, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
- Utilize equipment such as GE CT Revolution and a mix of GE and Siemens Xray rooms.
- Collaborate with a cheerful, team-oriented mindset to deliver patient-centric care.
- Occasionally float between Xray and CT duties as needed.
- Engage with a broad range of services including cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, OBGYN, emergency department, gastroenterology, hospitalist services, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, and wound care.
- Work in an accredited facility with advanced medical departments, including a Level 2 Nursery and Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center.
- Strong emphasis on teamwork, requiring the ability to work collectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to dress code policy requiring scrubs in any color.
