Corporate Paralegal

We are assisting a boutique firm in Denver, Colorado with their search for a Corporate Paralegal for a full time position. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of legal experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal, with some exposure to mergers and acquisitions and/or securities matters.

This is a hybrid remote work arrangement after an initial training period and the firm provides excellent compensation. Benefits include:
