Position Summary

Reporting into the Sr Director Marketing Philadelphia US, the Sr. Brand Manager will unearth opportunities to drive impact and turn ideas into actions. Your responsibilities will span across strategy, advertising, media, and agency management.

You will be responsible for partnering with internal and external teams to develop brand strategy connecting business jobs to be done to breakthrough creative, and finding new ways for our brands to connect with consumers.

Key Components of the Role

  • Build breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business.
  • Own creative brief for external collaborators.
  • Manage end to end creative strategy, ensuring alignment with consumer understanding.
  • Identify best creative territory/big idea for development.
  • Drive agency discussions and own feedback.
  • Bring creative to life in market inclusive of production and post-production.
  • Think strategically across the full marketing mix, focusing on emerging platforms.
  • Approve research framework for creative development.
  • Drive collaboration with category marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, and agency partners.
  • Lead discussions with business unit and marketing senior leadership.
  • Lead full cross-agency team to bring ideas to life and extend campaigns across relevant channels.
  • Develop a deep comprehension of the consumer and use insights to drive brand and campaign strategy.
  • Analyze data to develop strategies and assess in-market results.
