We are looking for an Associate to help us find outstanding companies creating market-defining products.


Role Summary:

The IT Support role is responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to Apple macOS, Meraki networks, Zoom Rooms, and Polycom video conferencing systems at Craft’s offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these technologies and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Apple macOS devices, including laptops using Kandji MDM and TeamViewer
  • Configure and troubleshoot Meraki networks, including wireless access points and switches
  • Install, configure, and maintain Zoom Rooms and Polycom video conferencing systems
  • Provide technical support to employees for all IT-related issues
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in IT administration
  • Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the company's IT infrastructure


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on Apple macOS, Kandji (or equivalent) networks, Zoom Rooms, and Polycom video conferencing systems
  • Strong understanding of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Information Technology certificate preferred
  • Must be able to come into the San Francisco office as needed, including 1 day/week fully onsite
