Logistics Coordinator

*Bilingual - English/ Spanish*

Main purpose:

Ensure the delivery of complete, on time and correct purchase orders generated by them to customers at the lowest possible cost.

Specific goals:

• Ensure delivery of orders: by correctly capturing orders,coordinating transportation, pickingand assortment the correct orders. Establish efficient measures for complete and correct delivery.
• Reduce inventory: by delivering ordersin the shortest possible time. Seek delivery measures to customers with defined frequencies.
• Optimize transportation : Search for the lowest cost, by seeking negotiations for dedicated service and using as little as possible the spot rate.
• Indicators: Measure the objectives established for the fulfillment of the specificgoals, elaborating a root cause analysis of what most affects their fulfillment and propose three options to solve it.
• Projects: Review the projects that the team has and identify criticalissues that affecttheir work.

Requirements:

• Essential requirement: bilingual - English/ Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree: Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations or related fields.
• Experience in similar positions in the industry.
• Microsoft Office: Advanced level
• General knowledge: inventories
