Therapist / Physical Therapist Job in Orlando, Florida / Home Health Care

We are seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to work in Orlando, FL. He or she will work in a mix of a homecare and outpatient setting and will cover the Greater Orlando area. Part time and full time opportunities are available. Both travel and local therapists are encouraged to apply! We offer sponsorship opportunities.
The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans. Responsibilities included but not limited to are:
-Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans
-Work cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and adjustors
-Help patients accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises
-Instruct, encourage, and assist patients in performing physical activities, such as ambulatory functional activities, daily-living activities and in using assistive and supportive devices
-Help restore patient's function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy
