Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the delivery of patient care in a timely manner
2. Provide equipment and supplies efficiently based on patient and surgeon needs
3. Maintain a sterile field and safe anatomical positioning
4. Control the OR Suite environment and adhere to OR sanitation policies
5. Handle and prepare medications and solutions safely
6. Facilitate staff development and participate in educational programs
