ASSISTANT CLINICAL DIRECTOR - H Blue

Responsibilities:

1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
2. Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
3. Five (5) years of progressively more responsible clinical/administrative experience is required.
4. Three (3) years of nursing experience in Emergency department, medical surgical nursing, inpatient nursing, or critical care nursing required.
5. Three (3) years of management experience required.
6. Demonstrates effective leadership competencies to be carried out in the day-to-day activities of the department.
7. BLS (CPR) required.
8. Computer literacy required.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
3. Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
4. One (1) year minimum of nursing managerial experience preferred.
5. Minimum of three (3) years clinical care delivery experience.
6. BLS (CPR) is required.
