HR GENERALIST

We are adding to our HR Team because of growth. We would like someone with 3-6 yrs of experience as a Generalist. Majority of the responsibilities including managing benefits including open enrollment, speaking with employees about benefits, employment verifications, managing the HRIS database, counseling and documents of employee incidents and other duties as they arise. This role is full time and is working onsite in our office in Houston

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
