POWER Engineers is seeking to add a full-time Proposal Coordinator to our Power Generation team. This is a professional position focused on coordinating the production and submittal of proposals to help us meet our clients’ needs. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to work alongside our Project Managers and technical staff in developing and coordinating proposals. You will play a crucial role in advancing business opportunities through expertly crafted proposals while also having an opportunity to build your career.This role can be remote or hybrid based on a mutually agreed-upon location. Candidates must be available to work during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8-5) and be flexible/available to work occasional hours outside this schedule.To apply, please submit the following: (1) resume, (2) cover letter highlighting a specific task or project you brought to a successful outcome, and (3) two writing samples. This is not a sales position.Primary duties include:Coordinating competitive proposal efforts, requests for information, and qualifications packagesWorking with teams to identify and develop proposal win strategiesSupporting technical staff on presentation development for sales efforts and short-list interviewsDeveloping and updating marketing materials such as project summaries and staff resumesCoordinating client focus teams and supporting basic market and/or client research, including entering/updating information into our CRM system, and supporting efforts to position POWER for future opportunitiesExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are a must for this position. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, adept at gathering information from a variety of stakeholders, and able to communicate technical, often complex content in an engaging, accessible, persuasive way. That might seem contradictory to some, but it works for us!DOE Salary: The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
