Vital takes away the headache of building wearables integrations as well as orchestrating lab testing.

Vital was founded by machine learning specialists with experience building first-class APIs in healthcare. Our team has extensive work experience at leading tech companies such as Apple, Lyft, Google, WageStream, and Babylon Health.

???? WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU:

In the year since Vital’s launch, we’ve seen strong initial traction across product-led sales and founder-led sales. We are looking for someone to add firepower to our team and play a key role in driving and executing outbound initiatives.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

  • Create a great first impression of Vital as the first point of contact for prospects in their buying journey
  • Research and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile
  • Continually generate leads for the top of the sales funnel
  • Help run bi-weekly experiments to source and qualify outbound leads
  • Triage and qualify inbound leads from Marketing activities
  • Manage prospecting work-flow
  • Set up Discovery meetings with the Sales team
  • Report regularly to Maitham and Simba in Weekly 1:1s and Sales Standups
  • Provide feedback on market insights to help refine our GTM positioning and playbook

???? THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience working as a Sales Development Representative
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, startups, healthtech or healthcare is a big bonus
  • Comfortable using No-Code Tools like Make.io
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Empathetic and curious - you love learning about customers and their problems
  • Data-oriented curiosity
  • Creative and proactive - eager to learn and apply new ways to engage prospects
  • Prior experience with CRMs used to manage the sales pipeline
  • Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach
  • Thrive in a high-growth startup environment
