• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call
• 10 hr shifts preferred but negotiable
• Need coverage for a minimum of 2 weeks per month
• General anesthesia, neuro, OB, peds, regional, thoracic, ortho, plastics, ENT, GYN, no neo or hearts
• Credentialing needed
• DEA not needed
