Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionJoin a leading manufacturer of stainless food processing equipment with facilities dedicated to design, R&D, manufacturing, production, and maintenance. Operate in a state-of-the-art environment with new CNC machines and a focus on quality and innovation.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mills and lathes, with a focus on lathes.Operate new and older machines, including Doosan, Haas, and machines with Fanuc controls.Perform quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.Handle a variety of parts with low volume production, requiring multiple setups and tooling changes.Edit programs directly at the machine as needed.Essential Skills5 years of experience in setting up and running CNC mills and lathes.Proficiency in reading blueprints.Skilled in using lathe, mill, calipers, and micrometers for inspection.2 years of experience with G&M code editing at the machine.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC machine setup and programming.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Why Work Here?Experience a clean, climate-controlled machine shop equipped with almost 20 brand new CNC machines. First shift hours are 6:30 am to 3 pm, with extended hours to 5:30 am to 3 pm and some mandatory weekends. Second shift runs from 3 pm to 1 am, Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays. Enjoy a newly revamped breakroom, office space, and shop floor.
