Pay range and compensation package:

Pay: $95,464-$110,946


Location:

Los Gatos, CA


Shift:

Days, M-F (On-Site)


About the Role:

The HR Business Partner is responsible for successfully executing HR programs including e-learning education and training compliance program, clinical student education program, and staff and provider engagement. This position includes responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment and onboarding, employee and labor relations, performance management, employment law, compensation and benefits administration, disability management, and Workers’ Compensation program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Resources (SPHR) certification
  • 3 to 5 years of job-related experience in a healthcare organization preferably in a medical foundation, medical group, or ambulatory care organization
  • Valid CA driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices, employee and union relations, performance management, diversity
  • Experience with recruitment of clinical and management positions, labor relations, e-learning program administration (i.e., HealthStream) and training compliance, ADP HRIS/Payroll systems, compensation and benefits administration, disability management, and Workers’ Compensation program
  • Solid knowledge of current CA and Federal labor and employment laws
  • Strong technical skills and high proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and database programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal, written with accurate grammar and punctuation, listening and interpersonal skills)
  • Outstanding customer/guest relations skills and teamwork
  • Prefer experience in a start-up organization, and knowledge of Lean process improvement principles
