Support the execution of commercial construction projects in Nashville by coordinating with architects, clients, and subcontractors. The role involves managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and assisting in problem-solving on a variety of complex construction projects, including adaptive reuse and public sector developments.

With over 30 years of experience, the company is known for tackling challenging projects and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions across various sectors like hospitality, community spaces, and business facilities.

Description

  • Assist with Running/managing project's from start to finish
  • Help oversee subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

  • 3+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  • Completed Commercial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
