Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will assist our sales force and inside account managers. Prior insurance experience is highly preferred but not required. Property/Casualty insurance license needed but can be attained after hiring. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established independent agency in Dublin.
We are also open to PART-TIME applicants
Responsibilities:
- Correspond and communicate with agency clients
- Process new and renewal insurance policies
- Support for our agency producers
- Assist clients and prospects in servicing insurance policies
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Applied Epic Agency Management System is desirable.
- Communication and organizational skills are important.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
