About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced LSP with sales experience to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Cathy Nguyen in Los Altos, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable insurance agency and help clients protect what matters most to them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Allstate insurance products and services
- Generate new business by prospecting and networking with potential clients
- Assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage to meet their individual needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
Requirements:
- Valid Property and Casualty license
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
