Account Executive

We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for an Account Executive to join us in building the next generation of intimates.

Job Summary

The successful Candidate will support the Director of Sales with daily reporting, communicating with accounts and driving brand strategy execution. We are looking for someone who is passionate about SKIMS and is excited to join the team. The perfect candidate will be extremely detail oriented, an excellent communicator and comfortable using a variety of formulas to manipulate data in excel. The environment is fast paced, and we will need team members who are resilient, hardworking, and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

Business Management:

  • Responsible for weekly/monthly sell in and sell out insight and action recaps for all major accounts; planning to publish data, Account executive responsible for recap and suggestions of key actions.
  • Facilitate market set up and support Director of Sales in assortment planning for each partner.
  • Support Director of Sales in presenting collections and make recommendations based on sales performance, current trends, while ensuring assortment quality.
  • Assist Finance department with invoice, debit and credit note queries.
  • Process orders and work with Customer Service department to ensure all units are allocated and invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and follow through on orders and deliveries for all accounts.
  • Manage partners in abiding in SKIMS EDI process.
  • Manage outbound order confirmations and EDI execution.
  • Work closely with Field Manager to support with sell out reports on a by door, by style detail.
  • Support Director and marketing team to ensure execution of seasonal by account marketing plans; top and bottom funnel.
  • Support Director of Sales on competitive analysis reports and articulation of product needs for merchandising.

Shipping:

  • Manage open orders to make sure monthly shipping targets are met.
  • Prepare weekly shipping updates and keep clients up to date on forecast/needs.
  • Work with logistics to make sure open orders are being shipped complete and on time.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure all opportunities are maximized; ie Finance, Logistics, Customer Service & Marketing.
  • Support development of Wholesale Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in Sales – strong knowledge of retail math and contemporary markets.
  • Experience in key account management, Nordstrom experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines & priorities in an organized manner.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Netsuite Management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks efficiently.
  • Hard working, self-starter, strong sense of community.

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 a year
