Job Summary:
The Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Express Newnan, GA is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate financial records during the overnight shift. This is a part-time, hourly position in the hospitality industry, located in Newnan, Georgia. As an individual contributor, the Night Auditor is expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for hotel guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests during the overnight shift, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including posting charges to guest accounts and balancing cash drawers.
- Input and update guest information in the hotel management system.
- Perform end-of-day accounting procedures and generate necessary reports for management.
- Conduct regular security checks throughout the hotel.
- Assist with any other tasks or duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
