Utility Worker Needed for Senior Living Facility ASAP

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Utility Worker to join our team at a Senior Living Facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the facility. The Utility Worker will perform a variety of tasks to support the daily operations and upkeep of the facility.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred
3. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
5. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks

Responsibilities:

1. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
2. Clean and sanitize common areas
3. Assist with trash removal and recycling
4. Wash, sanitize, and rinse equipment, dishes, carts, and stations
5. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
7. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
8. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
