Responsibilities
- Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
- Edits and develops online learning materials.
- Creates learning experiences and environments.
- Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
This position is primarily remote with the occasional need for onsite meetings.
Required Qualifications
The consultants who work best with our client are assertive and flexible. Additionally, consultants should have the ability to provide consultative guidance and feedback to customers and stakeholders. A strong analytical mind coupled with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills are essential.
Required Skills
Instructional Design skills are a must.
Strong background in designing online courses in Storyline and Rise.
Strong consulting skills in dealing with customers and clients.
