Customer Relations Manager – Northern California
Full Time Exempt Position
Position Summary: City Ventures is looking for an individual who has a unique combination of Customer Relations/Service and Residential Construction knowledge. The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality of the construction of homes in a project and the warranty of homes in a set area. They are responsible for 100% completion of homes in each project within specific quality standard guidelines set by City Ventures. The key job objective is to deliver to the homeowners, world-class customer service that will translate in repeat/referral business.

Compensation:
Salary is $80K - $95K per year, plus Discretionary Bonus depending on several factors.

Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College coursework in Construction / Quality Management is a plus.
- Some experience working in a Customer Service Environment.
- Knowledge of Residential Construction.
- Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to explain complex issues to others in a manner easily understood by both associates in the industry and customers with limited knowledge of construction processes or terminology.
- Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills.
- A high degree of professionalism, tact, and ability to influence others.
- Ability to prioritize projects, work against deadlines and organize workflow with multiple interruptions.
- Ability to work tactically, strategically, and cooperatively/collaboratively as part of a team, seeking assistance where appropriate.
