Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Lead - International who will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service team in areas of process development, deployment & improvement to ensure that order processing and customer inquiries are handled effectively and efficiently. The Customer Service Team Lead - International is expected to provide the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. This includes, but is not limited to, filling in gaps with desk assignment duties (i.e. order processing, phone and email inquiries, processing Return Authorizations, etc.), identifying areas of improvement in each function, coaching and training teammates as needed.

What We'll Get You Doing

  • Provide support to the Customer Service team with order processing, customer inquiries and expediting or fulfillment requests approved by department Manager and/or Director.

The Essential Requirements Of The Role Include

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2-3 Years of experience working with customer support
  • Understanding of the functionalities of an ERP system

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 2-3 Years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities
  • Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

The hourly range for this role is $26-$28/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
