The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking a 2nd – 3rd year associate who has transactional tax experience (M&A, private equity and partnership) gained at a law firm. Any experience with high net worth clients and/or oil & gas matters is helpful. The base salary range is $235k-$260k. This is a great opportunity for a transactional tax associate who wants to join a growing and dynamic tax practice.
