Your role in our mission

Take charge and focus on how we can meet critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  1. Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
  2. Demonstrate your knowledge as SME and liaison for clients and internally between technical and non-technical workers to transform requirements into real results
  3. Delegate work across teams, and coach and monitor project team members to plan, design and improve complex business processes and modifications
  4. Streamline workflows across clients and technical personnel to determine, document and oversee carrying out system requirements
  5. Support quality control as you approve and validate test results to verify that all requirements have been met

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience working as a business analyst
  • Experience with Healthcare IT, Medicaid and Payer systems is desired.
  • Experience with Claims Adjudication and Processing and QNXT systems with good understanding of the QNXT SQL Server data model.
  • Good understanding of HIPAA ASC X12 transaction sets for healthcare (834, 837, 277, 835, 997/9, 270/1, 276/7, 820) and QNXT.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, SDLC.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
