SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, the Regulatory Operations Analyst will involve analyzing new and changing regulatory obligations, understanding their impact on the Company’s business using process and data analysis, and using technology knowledge and meticulous detail to devise innovative solutions to complex issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct analysis of data and business processes to define how regulations apply to BakeMark’s operating and technology platform in partnership with Sr. Management’s regulatory interpretation(s).
- Uploading and maintaining of documents for the Customer Portal.
- Support the sales team by responding to requests from customers in a timely manner.
- Operate specific processes and procedures within the team, including clear communication and escalation where required to vendors and internal Procurement team.
- Drive improvement and partnership where required that are aligned with process and procedures.
- Stay up to date on Operational Regulatory Trends impacting the Company.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet Company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to shift challenges and thrives in ambiguous environments, and thinks creatively while following identified processes, defined procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
