Job Responsibilities


• Research and develop corporate client relationships to secure new catering business

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase catering revenue and profitability

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage customer inquiries and contract negotiations

• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials for catering services

• Develop and deliver presentations to prospective customers

• Develop and manage catering budgets

• Monitor industry trends in order to stay competitive

• Implement customer service policies and procedures

• Oversee the management of catering staff and catering events


Job Requirements


• Proven experience in sales and catering management

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized

• Knowledge of the local market and catering industry
