The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Litigation team in our San Francisco office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:
- You have 5-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills;
- You have case management experience, extensive experience with discovery, have taken the lead in oral arguments, taken/defended depositions, and ideally have participated in trial preparation and taken witnesses at trial;
- You have been exposed to class action defense or representative matters;
- You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials and are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, California.

Compensation:
- $300,000 - $330,000 annual base salary
