SCHEDULE
The standard hours for this full-time estimation position are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility for early starts or late finishes depending on workload, meetings, and training sessions. As our Project Estimator, you'll experience a dynamic mix of office work, onsite visits, and hybrid opportunities, ensuring a varied and engaging work environment.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A PROJECT ESTIMATOR

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimating or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, and HVAC systems
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Project Estimator, your day starts with a morning huddle, aligning with your team on goals and priorities. You dive into your task list, checking emails and preparing estimates. Some days, you're out in the field gathering crucial project details. Back at the office, you're busy consulting with clients, reviewing blueprints, and crafting detailed cost estimates. Afternoons are filled with follow-ups on estimates, managing material orders, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Throughout the day, you maintain excellent communication with customers, providing prompt and professional service that sets us apart.
