This role will focus on achieving program(s) sales objectives and monitoring compliance of the programs in CPR Franchise stores within their assigned territory through on-site, face-to-face interaction with store management and ownership. They will provide ongoing feedback on insights on the program through data collection processes and frontline feedback, updating the store leadership and CPR leadership as needed so that our products and services retain their competitive edge and the Franchise stores and assigned territory achieves its quarterly and annual targets. Ideal candidate will be located on or near the West Coast.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Store level coaching
- Store leadership in person coaching targeting underperforming doors for key program sales related initiatives including accessory sales, CPO sales, Device Care sales, Car Key Fob sales, and Computer services.
- Engage in role play opportunities with Franchise store staff to ensure their understanding of product and service offerings as well as promotions.
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans, promotions, and contests for associated programs.
- Distribute and monitor sales associate and consumer program collateral.
- Hyper coach a set number of underperforming store locations (4 to 5) on a quarterly basis under a Performance Improvement Program (PIP).
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Ensure marketing efforts are consistent across each store and market.
- Manage inventory levels and product selection to maximize profitability.
Store level training
- Conduct program training at region and market level or site location.
- Conduct train-the-trainer programs for Franchise store staff.
Reporting and Communication
- Roll out new programs, products, and service to all stores within assigned region.
- Circulate performance and compliance reports at site or district level to ensure all related goals are achieved.
- Summarize activities for ROI purposes and be able to track the performance related to those activities.
- Ensure that stores adhere to company and industry regulations as well as safety and cleanliness standards.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to CPR leadership and escalate issues/opportunities up to senior CPR leadership through assigned supervisor.
Program compliance and competitive monitoring
- Develop robust knowledge of all CPR compliance requirements including contractual requirements for Clients, Apple, and Samsung.
- Inspect and coach for compliance issues including Brand compliance, CPR program compliance, Client program contractual compliance and Apple/Samsung contractual compliance, Royalty reporting compliance.
- Conduct competitive analysis regularly and prepare reports on the competitive environment, occasionally mystery shopping across related business segments.
Issue escalation and resolution
- Identify and assist in quick resolution of customer and client service quality process issues with the assigned Assurant & CPR Program Managers to ensure a positive root cause resolution.
Additional duties
- Develop robust knowledge of all CPR products/services.
- Works under minimal supervision.
- Remain current on all required personal trainings.
- Act with urgency and integrity always adhering to Assurant's code of ethics.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by manager.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in retail field management, wireless retail, electronics repair, computer sales and service, and or franchising.
- Retail electronics sales experience.
- Experience leading and developing teams and staff.
- Effective communication skills including the ability to speak to and train groups.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel regionally 2 to 3 days a week.
- Ability to drive with a valid US driver's license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Proven interpersonal, organizational, analytic and communication skills.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.

Pay Range:
$85,700.00 - $143,100.00. Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
