As a Technical Services Analyst Tier III, you will report directly to the Helpdesk Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Has extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10 or 11, Networking, Exchange and Group Policies as it relates to PCs.
• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to and resolves Help Desk and Hardware escalations.
• Requires up to 50% travel between sites to deploy and troubleshoot network equipment and resolve IT related on site needs.
• Manages software and policy distribution for enterprise hardware.
• Creates and maintains necessary SOP documentation.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for helpdesk and hardware support and fulfillment.
• Works with PMO to coordinate hardware and network site fulfillment.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Primary job functions may require exercising independent judgment.
• Job functions may vary based on business needs.
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
• Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.
• Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential.
• Must be able to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Will be required to work and provide 24/7 coverage, on a rotational basis, with peers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

• Associate's degree in a related area (preferred)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
