Mt. Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur Mtn. Resort foster an environment where every person feels a sense of belonging. We are committed to creating a consistent and enduring effort to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion for our team, guests, and community through respecting and celebrating all backgrounds and perspectives while addressing barriers through a collaboration of efforts with leadership, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) consultants, and our DEI Committee. Opportunities exist for our team to engage in training, educational resources, and focus work; connecting our mission of enriching lives to meaningful and purposeful work. We recognize that growing the culture and influencing the industry is a significant effort, it requires everyone's engagement, collaboration, and voice. We invite all our team members to be part of improving the culture in whatever capacity they can.
Passion can take many forms: for the mountains, for serving others, for being a part of a team, for the skills you are learning or have not learned yet. As a Barista at Mt. Hood Meadows, you are responsible for preparing and serving beverages and snacks while focusing on food safety, consistency, and hospitality. Our Baristas enrich others' lives daily through creating tasty beverages while making new friends.
