Job Title: Business Analyst with DNA

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design for DNA configuration
  • Conduct gap analysis of product requirements vs. DNA Flagstar capability
  • Hands-on DNA experience is required
  • Assist with additional merger-related work

Job Description:

  • IT Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
  • Assist in a discovery phase to convert an existing system as the "system of record" for our commercial construction loans.
  • Support the discovery phase in collecting and documenting requirements and demonstrate hands-on experience in managing/supporting application reporting and various application interfaces.
  • Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle)
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills from prior experience working on similar projects.
  • Hands-on experience required with any one or more reporting tools.

Other skill set:

  • Knowledge of SDLC and the Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of the Builder Finance and Commercial Loan Operations domain
  • Ability to problem-solve and solution data discrepancies
  • Coordinate deployments and data refreshes into test and production servers as needed
  • Work one-on-one with business users to mitigate any application issues
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL queries & scripting
  • Understand user maintenance and role setup in applications
  • Support processing of day-end and month-end jobs
  • Work on application enhancement requests
  • Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues and provide necessary documentation
  • Support process automation team
  • Regression test the application
  • Knowledge of application interfaces
  • Ability to utilize data and analytics to help drive critical business processes
  • Support the application and related servers, check for upgrades, provide assistance with server and environment-related testing
  • User training and process documentation
  • Work with multiple business teams and lead status meetings

Educational Qualifications:

  • Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
  • Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

  • Open to travel based on the nature of the engagement.
