We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Advisor to join our team in a mid-level capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting our Service Hiring areas by recruiting and building talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities that align with our business verticals. Job Details
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting resume reviews and phone screenings to assess and recommend top talent for our client-facing roles. You will extend offers, manage the background checking process, and align closely with hiring managers. The role requires the ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions, work on high-volume recruitment, and collaborate effectively with the hiring audience. You will be expected to post all roles externally, begin sourcing activity within 20 minutes of assignment, and conduct 5 pre-screens within 24 hours. Communication of any questions or challenges to the job owner within the first hour is essential.
Mandatory Skills
- At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions
- Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Superior negotiating skills
- Background checks required
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in the financial services industry
- Experience recruiting in the financial services space across multiple geographies
- Proven experience working in matrixed or corporate environments
